I've been on a health and fitness journey since I was 14 years old. For almost a decade of that time I followed some of the worst advice on the market. In the end, it left me fat, beat up and broken down. After I could no longer stand looking at myself in the mirror, I took my health and fitness seriously. I read published scientific reviews and studied under some of the greatest modern minds in the health and fitness space.
As a result, I have found the way to accomplish sustainable and life long results. This does not include fad diets, or specific diet protocols (keto, carnivore, etc.) Instead it includes changing the fundamental and principle lifestyle factors that got us where we are.
