Why we created 
Finding Flow Coaching

We started our health journey like many others with crash diets, intense workouts, and heaps of money spent on supplements but soon realized there's has to be better way. Our approach focuses on sustainable health, without the drastic measures.

With our courses, we cut through the noise to build a strong foundation for your well-being. Gain more energy, boost metabolism, and shape the body and mind you desire.

Our team

Nicholas MCgovern

I've been on a health and fitness journey since I was 14 years old. For almost a decade of that time I followed some of the worst advice on the market. In the end, it left me fat, beat up and broken down. After I could no longer stand looking at myself in the mirror, I took my health and fitness seriously. I read published scientific reviews and studied under some of the greatest modern minds in the health and fitness space. ​

As a result, I have found the way to accomplish sustainable and life long results. This does not include fad diets, or specific diet protocols (keto, carnivore, etc.) Instead it includes changing the fundamental and principle lifestyle factors that got us where we are. Our goal is to educate and help you apply these lessons for a stronger, smarter and healthier you.

Paige McGovern

I am a huge foodie who loves to cook and try out the latest restaurants, but I struggled to find a balance that worked for me until the last few years when I stopped to take a good hard look at how I was currently living my life. I now view life through a holistic lens with a focus on the connection between mind, body, and spirit 

When we reframe a restrictive mentality (food-related, self-limiting beliefs, or otherwise) and incorporate as much nature into our lives as possible (eating whole foods, utilizing plants and herbs, exploring and exercising in nature) we live with more joy and vitality. I hope to instill these values and help you achieve your own flow in life!
